📅 Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. By making the deposit payment, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. 💳 The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. 💰 Accepted payment methods: Credit Card 💳 or Bank Transfer 💻.

🏡 Accommodation Rules & Responsibilities ✨

🚭 No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or in the dining/breakfast area. A €150 fine applies for smoking indoors. 🐶 Dogs are welcome in specific cottages (upon reservation) at €10-20 per night, or €20 per night for stays less than 3 nights.

🛠️ Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, equipment, or surroundings due to negligence, and will be charged accordingly.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance 🧽 🍽️ Dishes, glasses, pots, and all kitchen utensils must be cleaned daily; otherwise, a €5 daily cleaning fee will be applied. 🗑️ Keep your room tidy—do not leave trash or waste on the floor. 🐕 Take care of your dog’s hygiene, collect waste, and dispose of it properly. 🐜 Ant Alert! 🚨 Do not leave food uncovered, as ants can easily appear from the countryside.

⏳ Arrival, Departure & Usage 🏡

🔑 The accommodation is for holiday or remote work purposes only and exclusively for the guests named on the booking form. 🛏️ Electricity, linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. 🛠️ We reserve the right to enter the accommodation for cleaning, inspection, or necessary repairs.

❌ Cancellation Policy 📅⚠️

⏳ Cancellations made 21 days before arrival (partial or full) are subject to a 50% charge on the total reservation cost, as per Greek tourism law. ⏳ 100% charge applies for cancellations during the stay, check-in, or in case of a no-show. ⏳ During May, June & September, cancellations 7 days before arrival follow the same policy. ⏳ For group reservations, cancellations up to 90 days before arrival are free. ⏳ Full refunds for cancellations due to COVID-19 or similar travel restrictions, processed within 30 days.

💰 If we are able to re-let the accommodation, a full refund will be issued.
